FAQs

FAQs

Straight answers about choosing, buying, and using Planidex.

Can I use Planidex when the event already has a venue?

Yes. Planidex stays venue-light and focuses on the brief, budget, guests, tasks, timing, and run of show unless you ask for venue research.

What does the free beta include?

Free includes one active event, the guided planning interview, an event brief, a starting budget, tasks, and the support target shown in the plan comparison. No credit card required.

Does Event Pass expire, and what does it include?

Event Pass is a $99 one-time purchase for one active event. It includes everything in Free plus Vision, RSVP, Contract Intelligence, and Event Ops. It does not renew monthly. Priority support continues through 30 days after the event.

Does Planidex offer an Enterprise plan?

Yes. Enterprise is a custom-quoted Planidex deployment for companies, venue and hospitality groups, and logistics or production operators. It starts with everything in Studio, then defines workflows, locations, roles, integrations, implementation, training, security, and support with your team.

What is included in Pro and Studio?

Pro includes every planning tool plus multiple events, email and contact tools, invoices, payment links, and profitability guidance. Studio includes everything in Pro plus shared team communication, brandable client workflows, and higher operating limits.

How does Planidex help with the budget?

Planidex keeps venue, food and beverage, production, rentals, staffing, fees, and contingency connected to one working total so you can see tradeoffs before committing.

How quickly does support respond?

Free beta targets two business days, Event Pass one business day, Pro four staffed hours, and Studio two staffed hours. Critical-response targets appear inside the plan comparison.
